About FJSS

A fair, just, tolerant and inclusive Scotland

The Fair Justice System for Scotland (FJSS) Group, based in West Calder, West Lothian, is a grassroots legal charity championing racial equality and diversity within the Scottish justice system. They advocate for a more inclusive workforce that mirrors modern Scottish society. FJSS Group actively shapes policy formulation and development to influence justice delivery in Scotland. They collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as the Scottish Government, Judicial Institute for Scotland, Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service, Police Scotland, and more. This engagement places them at the forefront of policies governing the Scottish Justice sector, including race equality and community safety initiatives.
